Splendid Summer Salad with Basil Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS

Salad:

2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
1 medium cucumber, cut into quarters and sliced
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
Basil Vinaigrette
Feta cheese

Basil Vinaigrette Dressing:

¾ cup of Basil Infused Olive Oil
¼ Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
½ teaspoon of sea salt
black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Whisk together vinaigrette ingredients until emulsified. Toss cucumber, onions, tomatoes in a large bowl. Crumble Feta and drizzle Basil vinaigrette dressing over it to serve.
