Returns & Refunds

In-Store Orders
All oil, vinegar, and food product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for such products.

All non-food items can be returned or exchanged if they are in new and unused condition with 14 days of receipt. Only items in new and unused condition and in the original, manufacturer packaging will be accepted for exchange or refund.

Online Orders

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for purchases made online. 

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. An original receipt is required. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives.

Shipping charges paid by customer are non-refundable for orders confirmed to be shipped.

Damaged in Shipment

Be sure to inspect your product once you receive it. Any damage from shipping must be reported to Viva Oliva within 7 days of receipt of the product.

If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at shop@vivaoliva right away. Include a description of the damages, and include pictures if possible. This information helps us ensure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.

Undeliverable Shipment

Once shipped, the package is out of our control. Viva Oliva is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information supplied, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day that it should be delivered. 

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please contact your local carrier for any inquiries regarding your package delivery.
