Simple White Grapefruit Balsamic Fruit Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 oz. canned pineapple chunks or 1 cup fresh pineapple, trimmed and cut into 1" cubes
  • oz. red grapes, cut into halves (green grapes used for salad in the photo)
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 orange, peeled and sliced
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 3 teaspoons Grapefruit White Balsamic
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice

DIRECTIONS

After trimming and cutting all of your fruit, simply splash Grapefruit White Balsamic and lime juice on the salad, toss, and serve. If you are feeling adventurous, top with chopped basil leaves or low-salt roasted cashews!
