This is an amazing mixture of herbs that enhance all sorts of roasts, particularly beef and lamb chops. Mix some olive oil with a tablespoon of this, rub over your roast and you will have a delicious dish. It also makes a delicious marinade for vegetables. Lavender, pink peppercorns, rosemary and thyme.

About Pascale's Kitchen:

Pascale's Kitchen was founded by long term Santa Barbara resident, Pascale Beale. Pascale grew up in England and France surrounded by a family which has always been passionate about food, wine and the arts. She was taught to cook by her French mother and grandmother. She has, over the past 11 years, written numerous books, articles for local newspapers, food magazines, and is a columnist for the James Beard award winning publication, Edible Santa Barbara.
