Viva Oliva Spread - Farmhouse Tapenade

Farmhouse Olive Tapenade is a popular spread. A medley of green and black olives that include Arbequina, Mission, Sevillano and Kalamata, is crushed and blended with capers, garlic, herbs and other spices to create this chunky spread. Wonderfully rich and flavorful, it is pleasing to the palate with a hint of garlic and spices. Great on pizzas, salads, sandwiches, slices of Munster or Gouda cheese. Fold it into steaming hot pasta dishes or use as an instant hors d’oeuvre with slices of warm-toasted baguette.
