An incredibly fragrant mixture of coarse sea salt, fennel seeds, coriander and mustard seeds used for grilling and baking fish. Drizzle a little olive oil over some fish, add a sprinkle of this fragrant mixture, and bake. Yum!

Pascale's Kitchen was founded by long term Santa Barbara resident, Pascale Beale. Pascale grew up in England and France surrounded by a family which has always been passionate about food, wine and the arts. She was taught to cook by her French mother and grandmother. She has, over the past 11 years, written numerous books, articles for local newspapers, food magazines, and is a columnist for the James Beard award winning publication, Edible Santa Barbara.
