Pasta Santina - 8 Varieties

All of Pasta Santina's pastas are made with Durum Wheat Semolina, Whole Wheat, Spelt Flours from the USA. The flours used to make Pasta Santina are milled in the USA and they are 100% organic, (organic certification is still pending and it will not show on the package for the moment) without the use of chemical during its harvesting season. The dough has been kneaded and extruded by a bronze die to create its delicate shape. It is then dried at low temperature for about 24 hours to keep nutritional values safe.

Lumache: Given its open hollow shape, it is intended to be served with a light or thick sauce, pesto or in pasta salad recipes, very versatile. Comes in a 12oz package, Cooking time: 8 minutes

Shells: The shell shape helps sauces stick to the pasta, it goes well with rich, hearty sauces and gooey cheese. it is often in pasta salads and in sauces with big chucks of meat. Comes in a 12oz package, Cooking time: 5-6 minutes 

Shortie: one of the few superhero of the pasta culture. Given its tubular and ridged shape, it can be served any way possible, light or rich sauces, as Casserole, or even with meaty ragouts! Comes in a 12oz package, Cooking time: 7-8 minutes

Penne: one of the few superheroes of the pasta culture. Given its tubular and ridged shape, it can be served in any way possible, with light or rich sauces, or with an amazing  pesto. Combines perfectly with seafood or any meat as well. Comes in a 12oz package, Cooking time: 7 minutes

Vorti-cee: is intended to be served with a ragout sauces, such as Salsiccia or with beef or in a light sauce recipes maybe with some freshly shaved Pecorino on top. Comes in a 12oz package, Cooking time: 5 minutes

Rigatoni: one of the few superhero of the pasta culture. Given its tubular and ridged shape, it can be served any way possible, light or rich sauces, as Casserole, or even with meaty ragouts! Comes in a 12oz package, Cooking time: 9 minutes

Fusilli: is corkscrewed shaped pasta. Comes in a 12oz package, Cooking time: 5 minutes

Spirali: is intended to be served with a creamy sauces, such as Mac 'n' Cheese or with rich pasta salads. Comes in a 12oz package, Cooking time: 6 minutes
